OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The pRImr Device Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Intelligent Imaging Innovations, Inc. (“3i”), located at:
3575 Ringsby Court, Suite 102, Denver, CO 80216 USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on December 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by completing the entry form available at: https://go.intelligent-imaging.com/pRImr
Entrants must complete all required fields (e.g., name, email address, institution/company) to be eligible. No purchase or subscription necessary.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) pRImr Wireless MultiImmersion Specimen Oiler devices
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,900
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about February 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via the email provided at entry. The winner must reply within 5 business days and will be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond or complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC if legally required.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, institution, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury, laboratory disruptions, or equipment-related issues. Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed the ARV of the prize.

Data will be used only for administration of the Sweepstakes and related scientific product communications.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
